At Smoke & Honey Rituals, each product is carefully blended, infused, and crafted with intention. Because of the energetic and handmade nature of our offerings, all sales are considered final. That said, we want you to feel supported and cared for, so we do provide protection in certain cases.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email [Insert Contact Email] within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement item at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene, safety, and the infused ritual nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or altered after delivery.
If you believe you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped you the wrong item or the product was defective.
If your item qualified for free shipping and you return part of your order (making the order total fall below the free shipping threshold), the flat-rate shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays once an item is with the carrier. However, if a package is marked lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and issue either a replacement or a refund, depending on stock availability.
If tracking shows a package has been delivered, we cannot provide refunds or replacements. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.

International Orders

Due to customs processes, refunds and replacements for international orders may take longer.
Buyers are responsible for customs fees and duties. Refunds will not cover these costs.
