🔮 Mini Meditation: Fire + Solar Plexus Chakra

Ritual Time: 7–10 minutes

1. Prepare: Sit tall. Place your hands over your solar plexus (just above your navel).

2. Breath of Fire: Inhale and exhale quickly through the nose, pumping the belly. Short, sharp breaths, like bellows stoking flame. Continue for 1–2 minutes.

3. Shift to Slow Breathing: Transition into slow, steady inhales and exhales through the nose. Imagine the fire you stoked settling into a steady golden flame.

4. Visualization: See this golden fire spreading through your body. With each inhale, it expands. With each exhale, it clears away fear.

5. Crystal Anchor: Place Carnelian or Garnet at your solar plexus. Feel the stone absorb and amplify the fire.
